How about a Peanut Butter Pie. Oh my goodness, so delicious and so easy.

1 Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust

For Filling:
1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 T. butter or margarine, softened
1t. vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped (if you do not know how to do this, the directions are on the package of heavy cream)
Grated Chocolate, optional

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Gently spoon into crust. Garnish with grated chocolate. Refrigerate. Serves 8-10.

This is definitely worth a trip to the all night market if you do not have any of the ingredients. It is like a little slice of heaven and your family can eat off of it for the next nights supper. Also, since you are wanting to snack on it almost right after you eat it, I recommend putting it in th freezer so it will harden faster. Oh, so good. Good luck.

Mkae and ice cream sudae. Scoops of ice cream and some whipped cream with hot fudge with sprinkles will taste VERY good.

S`mores. Take two graham cracker squares. Top one square with a marshmallow and a square of chocolate. Microwave for 15 seconds. Gently press down the other graham cracker square on top. Delish !

Well one thing i like to do is make my own ice cream...if you have just plain vanilla or chocolate ice cream in your freezer, you use that as a base and then you look in your pantry and see what kind of candy or whatever looks good and smash it into the ice cream...for examples vanilla ice cream with crushed up oreos and chocolate chips...or chocolate ice cream with marshmallows and crushed up graham crackers.
