I think the serving sizes are little crazy. I know I exceed the serving for sure. 3/4 cup or even a cup of cereal is really nothing.

No, I usually eat two or three bowls of cereal, and I always eat cereal at night, not in the morning. Cereal tastes better at night.

It depends on the cereal... I'll measure cereals like GoLean Crunch because they're pretty high in calories; cereals like Cheerios, though, I'm less likely to measure.

I do. That's our all that body needs, unless you're working out, or doing hard physical labor. Many Americans have very distorted perception about portion size, because of eating out in restaurants all the time.

Only if it is Grape Nuts. I never eat a whole serving of that.

you'd be surprised how much one can gain not following the serving suggestion.

cereal is full of carbs dear.
