I have some recipes, I just dont know if you are supposed to let the dough go through the rise cycle in the machine or are you supposed to take it out after it is done kneading?

I am interested in finding out which method will retain the most Vitamin C. I am talking about vegetables like dark green leafy vegetables (lettuce, spinach... etc.) as opposed to vegetables which a knife will be required.
Personally, I think that if you cut the vegetables with a knife, the nutrients will be left on the knife but I really don't know... just a guess on my part!

I recently got back from a trip to London, and all of my friends and I fell in love with the cheap (and apparantly known as super girly) pear wine Lambrini that is sweet and tasty and inexpensive that we can't find in the States anywhere. All kinds of websites say they can ship me a case of 12 for under 20 quid, but none ship overseas. Know any?
