I am a vegetarian, but I am craving a good ol' American hot dog with mustard sooo badly! I can't find any veggie dogs that taste good! I love Morning Star products, but their veggie dogs were awful, so were "Smart Dogs". Can anyone give me the Brand name of some veggie dogs that taste good and cook up in texture like the real thing? I am getting desperate and am afraid I will give in and eat a real hot dog!! HELP!!!

I love making homemade pizza. My husband and I stick to low or no fat recipes. I was wondering if there is a pizza crust recipe out there that dosen't contain oils and fats. Any ideas/recipes would be great. Thanks!

Just thought I'd warn my fellow vegetarians (especially the newbies) to always read the labels on the food you buy. The strangest food items can have meat in them. There are cans of refried beans containing lard (hog fat) and french fries containing beef fat (Mcdonalds). Please, let me know if you have found animal fat or meat in anything not listed here (unusual). :-)

I'm working on getting my bolognese sauce recipe down, and one of the recipes I have calls for using a "good dry red wine". Any recommendations?
