how many jumping jacks would it take to burn one calorie? you can guess if you dont know.

Here is one number I know: it takes walking or running 40 miles to burn 3500 calories (1 pound of fat).
So, that's about 100 calories a mile. It takes about 8 minutes to jog a mile, and I'm going to assume that jumping jacks are about as hard as running.

So that's 12 calories a minute, or one calorie every 5 seconds.

I just timed 4 jumping jacks and it took 5 seconds.

So, my answer is 4

Well i know if you do 100 sit upes it takes away about 3 calories or more
