Just been watching Beerfest and in light of recently having my heart broken I think I'm going to be doing some drinking (I know it's not the best idea but it's only temporary)

Skunked beer is caused when ultraviolet light reacts with the hops acids in the beer. It is not caused by old beer. It is not caused by storing the beer warm.

It is caused by UV light only!

I need everyone's help on this one. To be located in a beach resort town on the east coast. Our ribs, chicken, brisket, pork will be slow cooked the old fashioned way. We plan to offer counter service in a very small old house, not upscale but outfitted with new equipment and a rustic remodel. I am giving away 10 points because I felt for a lady that was "robbed" by a big company.
An e-mail form a lady that went to this Cafe in Dallas, and the waitress charged her 250 dollars for the recipe of the cookie on her credit card. She understood 2.50. They refused to reimburse her and told her that it was her problem. It is delicious!

2 cups butter
24 oz chocolate chips
4 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 ts p. salt
2 cups sugar
18 oz. Hershey Bar (grated)
5 cups blended oatmeal
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)

Measure oatmeal, and blend in a blender to a fine powder. Cream
the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with
flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey Bar, and nuts. Roll into balls, and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies.
