Oh my goodness. It is so delicious. Made last year for the first time.

Fruited Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

2-3/4 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oats, uncooked
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3-1/3 cups skim milk
4 egg whites, lightly beaten or 1/2 cup egg substitute
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
Fat-free milk or nonfat yogurt and fruit (optional)


Preparation Steps

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In large bowl, combine oats, sugar, raisins, cinnamon and salt; mix well. In medium bowl, combine milk, egg whites, oil and vanilla; mix well. Add to dry ingredients; mix until well blended.
3. Pour into baking dish.
4. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until center is set and firm to the touch. Cool slightly
5. Serve topped with milk or yogurt and fruit, if desired.

Taste wonderful with craisins and banana slices.

Yes.
3 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 13 x 9 inch buttered pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

Add dried fruits and nuts and pour into small ramekins for baking and serving individually.
