When drinking from a bottle do not cover the mouth of the bottle completely allow a space at the top for air to get in and replace the beer as you tilt your head backwards and let the beer flow down your throat. In other words do not close your mouth around the bottle!!!

My heart has been broken for a while now and drinking doesn't help even though I like doing it also, I drink beer and have shots of my favorite (Lemon Drops) usually I watch sports while doing this so I can scream at the tv to vent any anger and frustration, and it does help if you have someone to get drunk with!

Listen good: drinking, drugs, etc don't do you any good. They rob you of your money, and leave you with a life-long addiction.
Consider doing something to help someone else- volunteer your time, study a subject you're interested in, go out and make new friends.
Your broken heart will mend in time. Trust me on this.

Use cans and shotgun them by stabbing a hole in the lower portion with a sharp object, place your mouth over the hole, pull the tab, and guzzle away! Bottles? allow some breathing room by pouring it into your mouth or put it in a glass. Straws can help. Just double them up.

beer in a glass should be quaffed, only two swallows per pint. out of a bottle with an educated throttle it should take no more than three good hefty swigs. beware of gassy beers, they can come back up faster than they went down. cheers, prosit, bottoms up, down the hatch, mud in your eye, and yam sing

Don't drown your sorrows with alcohol. Look outside of yourself for safer distractions and support from others. Remember, alcohol is a depressant - do you really need such an effect right now?
My preference, I love to 'down in 1' - recommended when you're with a group.

The best beers are to be enjoyed long and cold. Down the 1st quickly then slowly enjoy the rest.
