I need everyone's help on this one. To be located in a beach resort town on the east coast. Our ribs, chicken, brisket, pork will be slow cooked the old fashioned way. We plan to offer counter service in a very small old house, not upscale but outfitted with new equipment and a rustic remodel. I always ask my husband why do they always have smiling pigs in bbq restaurants.. why are they smiling? they're about to be dinner! but i always thought that Que and Stew or Que and Brew would be a great name for a bbq joint and then my personal favorite is the Smiling Pig BBQ!
