I have this problem myself!! I have no will power!! However, I find that I do better when I have fruit available. The natural sugars in them helps to curb my cravings for the junk food. I also pair it with sugar free juice or water. If you do this it will help your body crave more reasonable foods and help you avoid weight problems, cholesterol issues and maintain a healthy heart. And some exercise is inevitable. Even a good walk is good for you. My only down fall so far, is that time of the month. Oh the curse of being a woman!!! ;)

Its okay to eat some junk food but you should try to get more nutrition in your body..so i would suggest to drink alot of water(one of the best things for you), gatorade & powerade are great source of energy.

Try adding alittle more healthier meals during the day by replacing it with a sandwhich...also its good if you eat some fruits...or maybe eating some carrot and celery sticks with some ranch dressing on the side..this is usually a really good snack.

The thing is.. with a diet.. your changing the way you eat so you change the way you look.. It's all about change.. and the way you eat and what food you pick is going to have to change as well..

You have to learn to eat veggies.. even if you don't like them.. you have to learn and make yourself.. if your serious about loosing weight.. then you'll have to do things you wont like..

I would suggest doing weight watchers.. it's amazing it's easy to keep up with.. you'll still get to eat what you want.. but in portions..

Stay away from fried stuff. You can get healthier baked chips or try lowfat frozen yogurt or ice cream. Chocolate is fine, in moderation. Pudding is reasonably healthy. Try veggies raw with a tasty dip.

Balance your diet with water, fruit and try different kinds of veggies you may surprise yourself in that you may like them fixed differently. Like instead of boiled ~ steam them and use garlic or other seasonsings like lemon pepper. This worked for my daughter that didn't like veggies. Try weight watchers and LOTS of exercise and remember there is no easy cure for overweight people, just take it one day at a time. Good luck

join weight watchers. i love junk food...i can still eat it just not as much of it. it's all about portion control and thats what the weight watchers diet (flex plan) teaches you. I have been on the plan for 4 weeks so far and I have already lost 6 lbs.

If you don't like veggies, how about fruits and nuts? That can replace the chocolates.....

I love veggies... Mmmm... Makes me want to become a vegetarian....

But I like cows too much, too.
