depends on what you are cooking and depends on your own taste. I love young mild cheeder, my husband loves baby swiss and 5 year aged cheeder, my grandpa loves monstur, so it just depends on what your taste it. coby is a good cheese too!!

If you were a chick I'd suggest Frumunda Cheese. it smells abit like @ss, and sweat, but thats to be expected when the cheese is frumunda my nutz!

kraft cheese slices for sandwiches and feta cheese for salad and for cottage cheese definatley hood cottage cheese and chives.
