the bars that your trying to work at have the people that like to party, one night stands after parties, and drugs? and which ones is more family oriented? what qualities do the places have in order to distinguish partiers from workers?

I got one for Christmas, and though I'm an avid chef, this is one item I have never used! I don't like meat that isn't browned though. Poached anything makes me want to gag! So, what do I do with this thing? Any tips, recipes, or hints would be greatly appreciated!! Also, the new ones don't blow up, do they? Was that one of those urban myths?

I heard a considerable whisky is good for heart, beer is good for kidneys, gin accelerates the BP, wine decreases the bad chlorestrol, and brandy has more medicinal values...it all confuses me !

I have frozen bread in the freezer. Tomorrow morning i want to make a pbj sandwich with it for my lunch which is at 12 in the afternoon. Do i just put my spread on the frozen bread and let the bread defrost so its not frozen anymore when its lunch time...or do i toast the frozen bread in the morning? I just want to make sure i am not eating frozen bread for lunch.

Is there any health reason as to why you aren't supposed to use a decanter that has been boiled empty? The burner got left on overnight and of course the decanter was empty this morning. I just want to know the specific reason it tells you not to reuse it. THANKS!
