I want to make brownies (from a box mix) like bite size in a mini muffin pan.
Has anybody done this before?

Yes. Spray muffin tins. Fill 3/4 full. Cook ten min. Remove from oven and push a mini Reeses peanutbutter cup in the center of each brownie. Cook another 5 min. Let cool a couple min. and remove by running a dinner knife gently around each brownie. Remove to cooling rack. Cool about 6 or 8 hrs. until chocolate in reese'a cup resets.

I do brownies like this all the time...it's much more convenient. Make sure you spray/grease the muffin pan and I only bake then for about 18-20 minutes.

Good luck!!

yes! just keep an eye on it (because some oven temps differ)I have done this many times for individual treats. you can also use paper or foil baking cups just make sure if you don't use the cups you oil each individual muffin section like you would a regular pan according to directions on the box have fun! (now I need something chocolate!)

I have never tried it, but I have seen recipes for them. It should be perfectly fine, but I imagine they would take a lot less time.
