I know hardly anything about cooking. How do you even make refried beans? Who has the easiest recipe?

Cooking pinto beans is so easy first buy a bag of pinto beans spread them over the counter so that u can take all of the nasty beans off then rinse them off , put them in a small pot if u got the smallest bag, add water some salt and a lil bit of oil lets say about a teaspoon put a the lid on it , once it starts boiling turn the stove to med and let them cook till soft make sure u keep adding water , once they're soft taste and if u think they need more salt add more to your liking and let them simmer a lil bit longer , when they're done serve on a bowl chop some tomatoes , onion , cilantro and cheese and add it to the bowl of bean is so good for this type of weather .

Now to refried , just use lil bit of oil on a pan let it get warm and add the beans let the beans get hot is easier to smash them . I like putting bacon or chorizo to mine , I fry the bacon or chorizo first and then I add the beans and smash them all together .

Easiest recipe by far... Buy a can of refried beans. Open the can up, pour (or scoop) the beans into a pan and heat 'em up!

Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and saute until golden brown and just cooked through, 2 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 1 teaspoon oil to the pan. Add onion and jalapeno and cook until beginning to soften, 1 to 2 minutes. Add beans, tomatoes (or salsa) and any accumulated juices from the chicken; cook, stirring often, until heated through, about 3 minutes. Transfer the bean mixture to a medium bowl and mash with a potato masher until creamy but still slightly chunky. Stir in cheese. Serve with the chicken.

Buy a can of refried beans at the store. Pop them in the microwave for a minute or two, and you're done.

open the can. :) seriously, there should be directions on the can as to how to heat and they will usually suggest little "variations". you could also check the website, as no one will know the product better than the makers
