I live in Pennsylvania, originally from Montana and have never heard of cream of turkey either. If this is for a recipe, I would think cream of chicken would work just as well.

I have never even heard of it, so it's not just New York. I know some companies only distribute certain products in certain areas. Or maybe it's a seasonal thing, like around Thanksgiving?

I am not sure. My dad used to sell chickens to Campbell after they weren't good for laying eggs any more. Perhaps there isn's as much demand in NY, but just ask your grocier. They will order in a case if you ask them.

Indiana and never heard of it either. Seems like cream of chicken would likely do.

Have you had their French onion? I just discovered it and think it's awesome.
