red wine suppost to be good for the heart or something like that. but when i went to the store i saw many kinds of red wine names. what is the difference? and what about the ones from the yellow and pinkish grapes?

my dad has a bottle of rum he drinks with his pepsi sometimes its a little bit over half full. i thought about drinking some and putting some water back in it. i thought since he mixes it he wouldnt tell but what do you think?
