With this weather lately, the use of our microwave is often. I have to heat muy coffee half way from the cup because it gets cold easily. My husband loves his dinner hot, and he will use microwave half way his dinner. Thanks for asking

I don't use my microwave anymore because the radiation of the microwave alters the structures of the food molecules and eating the food from microwaves causes health problems over the long term. There is a lot of info on the subject. One website is

Warm my food at work and I hardly use our microwave cause I always cook just enough for us not unless I forgot to put out the meat then I have to defrost it in the microwave and I dont use it everyday.
