Try Muscat grapes:
"The French Paradox" that is the long-known fact that heart diseases are less common in France than in USA, which French people attribute to their high consumption of wines even though scientists have proved that alcohol is not the factor here, recently found the explanation by pointing to another component of wines. It turned out that grapes grown without fungicides develop fungi-protecting chemicals, which happen to have those heart-beneficial properties. Muscat grapes have been found to have those chemicals in concentrations five times stronger than other kinds of grapes.

Classical theory has it that a large part of the good side of wine comes from tannins and other compounds from the skin of the grape, which are found in greatest concentration in red wine. If it is right, red would be best, then rosé, then white, which might or might not be better than common booze of similar strength.

How right this theory is, I can't tell.

Any red wine, regardless of the brand, is good for you. The substance that helps the heart is called Resveratrol and it's concentrated most under the skin of red and dark red grapes. So, the deeper the red, the better. Blush and white wines are not as heart healthy. They contain trace amounts of Resveratrol. So, if you're drinking for heart health, go with the red!

Sign yourself in a good wine boutique shop as they conduct classes on wine appreciation. They even take you to tour and show you how wine is being made.
It is difficult to understand on one go and have to spent alot of tie and money to really appreciate the wine.
There is three types of wine red, white and rose. Wines are made of grapes and they go thru fermentation before it being bottled.
Enjoy your glass my friend.
