Taking a hot bath or shower will make your blood vessels expand but if u really want to get drunk faster, all u have to do is look for a way to get your blood circulation up as alcohol travels in your blood stream

no, a shower will not effect how fast your body reacts to alchohol.
The heat can cause you to get light headed and then its easier to passout because you are drunk.
Many women have been known to passout and drown in a hottub do to heat+alchohol. This does not mean they get drunk faster.
