1. Coffee flavor liqueurs e.g. Tia Maria, Kalhua are alcohols flavored with coffee. They can be replaced with the same amount of stong coffee or coffee syrup.
2. Irish cream liqueur e.g. Baileys, is a whiskey and cream drink. A suitable replacement would be heavy (double cream) mixed with a little coffee syrup used in the same amount as the alcohol.
3. Cointreau is an orange flavored liqueur. You could replace it with concentrated orange juice in the same amounts.
4. Malibu and coconut flavored liqueur. Malibu is white rum flavored with coconut. Replace them both with coconut juice or coconut water in the same quantity or coconut cream.
5. Coffee beans are simply whole roasted coffee beans. I do not know of many recipes that use them in the dish but they are sometimes used as a decoration. You can replace them as a decoration with grated chocolate or chopped nuts depending on the recipe.
6. Rum is an alcoholic drink based on sugar cane. It can be replaced by fruit juice, pineapple or apple for example, in recipes.
In all these cases the end dish will be different to the original but the substitutes will provide an acceptable result.
Lastly, mixed spice, used in British recipes, is a mixture of cinnamon, cloves, mace, nutmeg, coriander and allspice.

You can try to use some fruit juice, I've tried that. If you are not using the alcohol because someone has a "drinking" problem let me assure you that cooking with wine or such is not a problem. When you cook with alcohol all the alcoholic proporties evaporate and someone with a problem will not get drunk or feel the effects of the drink. I have done this many times as I make a turkey for Thanksgiving that is drowing in AppleJack and 2 of my friends are in AA and never have a problem. I do however dilute the AppleJack with orange juice. I can't have any liquoir, but I can cook with it, according to my doctor, it will not effect the medicine I'm on that has a huge lable that says --- No Alcohol-- so I hope I've helped some. If you want to play totally safe, grape juice, apple juice or orange juice will work in most recipes. Good luck.

I'm hazarding a guess that you 'cannot' drink alcohol.

When cooking ALL of the alcohol evaporates leaving none in the food.

If you are still hesitant - you can get alcohol free wine / beer in your local store.

Any stock or broth will work (and they come in a variety of flavors too, depending on the type of meat or veggies!!). And they come in the paper containers, so you can just use what you need and pop them back in the fridge! I don't like the taste of wine in food, so I always keep TONS of stock and broth on hand to substitute.

red or white grape juice for wine
apple juice for cider

You might want to add a little lemon juice to make it a little less sweet!

Incidentally the alcohol burns off while cooking, so it is quite safe - just careful with the cooks nips!!

The best method depending on what it is used for is to leave it out. You can substitute water, apple juice, or broth if it calls for a large amount.

if it is because you cant drink then all you have to do is
if its a spirit the put it in a pan warm it a little then light it this will burn all alochlic licour off .
and with the others when you cook with them the heat from cooking does the same job as burning it off hope this helps

If you mean something like a spaghetti sauce...I'd say you can simply leave it out. Or other recipes you can add water or chicken broth.

They make non alcoholic beverages like beer. Use sparkling water or flavored water.

you can leave it out but if it is the main flavour then creat a new flafour using frish fruit juices thats what i do
