I'm wondering if the veggies that come in bags carry the same or near the same nutritional value as to buying them fresh (which is a lot less convienent for me...)

I hate them normally. But recently someone served a recipe for baked mashed sweet potatoes topped with a crunchy pecan-streusel topping that was absolutely killer. Ever heard of it?

In certain cities in Washington State, in addition to the coffee chains like Starbucks and Dutch Bros., there were a ton of little kiosk-like coffee stands on every street corner. I found that people a lot of times had their own favorite stand, and they would get punchcards for a free coffee if you buy nine. The coffee was more reasonably-priced than what is offered at larger companies like Dean and Deluca, etc, and the baristas were really good at what they did. If someone was to open a drive-thru espresso stand convenient to your daily commute, would you patronize it with your business? What would make you more likely to try it out? Give me some input, and tell me where (generally not specifically) you live so I can map out different demographics.

I want to start drinking a glass of wine a day and my favorite wine is Pinot Noir. So, what is a good way to store it after it's opened? I know your not supposed to put red wine in the fridge and honestly cold pinot doesn't sound appealing. I figure if I drink a generous sized glass every day then it would take me three to four days to finish a bottle. Would the wine be bad by the fourth day?
