My x husband always liked this:
beer-maybe 1/2 a can
mayo-1/2 cup or so,
tbsp honey
tbsp lemon juice
1/4 finely diced onion
salt and pepper
diced garlic-clove or two.
mix all together.
I would slice my chicken into finger food and they never actually came in off of the grill.
everyone always crowded around and ate them as fast as they were cooked.

This is really good on chicken or pork.
Use soy sauce, sugar, garlic and a shot of bourbon. Its wonderful! I dont usually measure, just throw it together, but its about 1/3 cup soy sauce, 2 TBS sugar, a teas. ground garlic and a shot of bourbon....this does 2-4 chicken breasts depending on size. Marinate at least 1 hour in fridge.

you can use italian dressing. its awesome! or use lemon juice and cracked pepper. thats good too! let them sit for at least an hour or so...the longer you let the chicken marinate, the more flavor it will have. Something really easy is just get a bottle of wishbone robust italian dressing, and pour it over chicken and coat, and let sit as long as possible, then bake it in the oven as you normally would. While its cooking, you can pour more dressing over chicken (both sides to get fully coated) to make it more flavorful and juicy!

first make several slits in the meat and into each one stuff a sliver of fresh garlic. marinate the breasts in a mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, onion powder, powdered sage, thyme flakes, cumin seeds, and a bit of pineapple juice. marinate them at least 1 hour. (the pineapple juice makes it tender, but wont add a fruity taste)
