Everytime I go down to Miami or the Keys they have this great cuban espresso....I can't find it here in the Northeast though....I'm sure they have it here. Anyway, I would like suggestions on your favorite espresso. Thanks!

Head cheese covered in chocolate sauce, which is disgusting but not nearly as it sounds if you don't now what head cheese is. And no, it wasn't willingly. There was this buffet in Nairobi with cheeses and cold cuts and deserts all on one table. I took a slice of what I thought was a marbled cheesecake, put chocolate sauce on it and sat down. The waiters were all looking at me rather oddly at this point. I then took a bite. It was most definitely not cheesecake...

It was this stuff:

Only with a chocolate flavor. I couldn't spit it out because I was in a very fancy restaurant, so I swallowed the first mouthful and suddenly lost my appetite.
