I love southern cooking and it seems no one I know ever cooks greens with either bacon or oxtails in them. I love them and am searching for a great recipe that so that I can make big pots of greens to eat with ribs or chicken, please tell me your secrets!!!! Plus I have never cooked them as I am a beginner.

I'm not talking about the approx. 3" diameter ones. These should be cupcake size.

Also wondering, is the refrigerated roll-out pie crusts the kind typically used for pumpkin pie?n I've resigned myself to the fact that I'll probably have to make them the size I need them, but I'm wondering if I'll have to make them myself, or if the refrigerated kind is the right kind.

I want to make homemade gravy to take to Thanksgiving. Recipes say to use the drippings from the turkey (I will not be making the turkey, so I won't have the drippings) or it says to use Turkey Stock. What is that, and if it's in the grocery..what isle would I find it in??

Planning a surprise party at work - what do you think is most popular or what's your favorite? Nothing fancy, just the more or less normal sort of desserts that can be bought or easily prepared. The honored person likes cheesecake - but how popular is that compared to something like chocolate cake or a bowl of ice cream? Is there a favorite flavor for cheesecake - strawberry, plain, pineapple, mocha...? I don't know! I'm opinionated too, maybe wrongly, but it seems to me more women than men like cheesecake - is this true?

My sister's favorite chocolate is Kinder and I want to get a kinder advent calendar for her for this december. I found a place in Dallas, Texas that carries them but they are charging $40. I know they cost around $10 for real so I was hoping to pay less than $25.

I'm thinking about cooking my turkey in one of these this year. I've never used one. Is this a good idea? Will the turkey taste good? Any suggestions? Thank you, and have a great holiday!

At work there are often peanut-butter stains in the toilet. The other day I tasted one, and it didn't taste anything like peanut-butter. Does anyone know what this weird stuff is?

I'm hungry and don't have anything else in the fridge besides a carton of eggs with a sell by date of Oct 12. That's over a month!!! I'm just curious because I put them in a big bowl of cold water and they sank to the bottom, but standing on their points. But not floating. I don't know, I'm really iffy about it though. How long do eggs really last? There's no way they can be good after a month.
