INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
DIRECTIONS
In a shallow baking dish, mix the salad dressing, garlic powder, and salt. Place the chicken in the bowl, and turn to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours. (For best results, marinate overnight.)
Preheat the grill for high heat.
Lightly oil grate. Discard marinade, and grill chicken 8 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear.

Italian Ranch Chicken Strips

INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup crushed cornflakes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup reduced-fat ranch salad dressing
1 teaspoon water
1/2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips
DIRECTIONS
In a shallow bowl, combine the cornflake crumbs, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. In another shallow bowl, combine dressing and water. Dip chicken into dressing mixture, then coat with crumb mixture. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Lightly spray top of chicken with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until juices run clear.

"Ranch Crispy Chicken" - 6 to 8 servings

Combine 1 oz. packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix and 1/4 cup unseasoned bread crumbs in plastic bag. Add 6-8 pieces bone-in chicken; shake until coated. Bake at 375* - 50 minutes on ungreased baking sheet.

ranch no Italian yes just take a bottle of your choice italian style dressing pour in large zippy bad put in desired amount of chicken let set for like an hour or more whatever your preference stick in baking pan and cook until chicken is done...lately we have been adding rice mixes to the recipe like flavored rice-a-roni or something like instead of cooking the rice we just prepare as on box (except cooking) and spread on bottom of baking pan and it will cook up just great with the juices from chicken....enjoy, you could probably do potatoes or something too im not quite sure though if they would burn to easily

i just put 6-8 chicken breast in a pan and pour bottled italian dressing over them and let it set for 24 hours then bake in the oven until tender. During the cooking, you can baste the chicken with the dressing.
