Well, they are in olive oil, and they do say olive oil is one of the better oils for your heart.
Although that many a week cannot be good for you.
And, green olives are not ripe olives, the black ones are.
By the way, try black marinated olives, my fav (yummy).

Are you pregnant? I only ask because pregnant Turkish women like unripe olives, not marinaded or stuffed, straight off the tree. They're seriously sour. I was offered some once and when I said I was 'not too keen on them' I added, 'but then I'm not pregnant.'
Of course, too much of a good thing is never a good idea.

Keep in mind that both the olives and cheese have high levels of salt. If you have high blood pressure, you should try to cut down, or you may start to retain water.

The only problem I can think of is all that SODIUM. Olives and feta are sodium bombs. Drink lots of water and cut back on it if you have high BP.

i be attentive to up in Canada we are in a position to get those wicked anchovie crammed green olives by utilising Unico. in case you will detect them, you will love them (they're large in a sluggish-simmered tomato sauce for pasta)
