My family and i are planning a College graduation party for my sister. Very Big deal for us all. We're so excited! We are planning an outside party, with the tents, lantern lighting, stage platform,tiki torches spread throughout the lawn. just a cozy romantic airy feeling. I am so worried that i am forgetting something! I would love to hear your suggestions and any helpful websites to where i can rent thses things from. thank you!

I'm in the US, and am learning Indian cooking. I found idli flour, ground rice flour and urid dahl mixed together. I found recipes for a steamed sour dough pancake sounding thing made with whole rice and urid dahl that was soaked and then ground, but nothing for the flour. I found a site that sells microwave idli steamers, though, so I know I can get kitchen utensils. If its just used for breakfast cakes, what are they eated with?

Does anyone know of a site where I can find real authentic style Thai recipies?? I have tried searching, But am just finding sites that have very westernised variations of the cooking (e.g. lots of fried, fats, oils, sugars etc) and authentic thai is very healthy and lean.. I'm sick of the western culture always adding extra fat and sugar in everything, No wonder obesity is a prob... (sorry for the rant !) But anyone that knows of a good link that is in english (I came across a few site that looked good but they were in thai) or if you would like to share your own thai recipies It would be greatly appreciated.. :) Thanks!

Yeah, so it may be a stupid question, but I can't fall asleep because my throat is so dry and has a paticular salty taste in it. In fact my whole mouth is awfully dry. I'm well hydrated, I just drank a can of diet Pepsi. But my throat an dmouth is still remarkably dry? Help? Quick, easy solution? One that involves household items because it's almost midknight by me and I don't feel like running out.

I've tried mints, there not working either!
