Water. We drink so little of it anymore most people are dehydrated and don't even know it. dehydration mimics hunger.
recommended consumption varies between 8, 8 oz glasses a day, 8-10 glasses a day. my last doctor told me take your weight divide in half and that is how many ounces a day you should drink.
Lipton is just a popular name brand for tea. check the label. most tea's sugar content is outrageous! If you really want green tea make it at home, cool it and bottle it in your favorite water bottle for those days you want it while on the go. Antioxidants are good for you but not better then just flushing the toxins out of your body with water.

Natural water. By the time Lipton gets its green tea in the bag I am sure all the good qualities are gone from the tea.

What is natural water? I've never heard of unnatural water. Did you mean plain water?
A recent study showed green tea is no better nor worse than other tea from tea leaves.
