Food & Drink - 28 October 2006

If you have contaminated meat, like chicken for instance you can't boil it and make it safe to eat. I left out a pack of chicken the other night and forgot about it. I wasted alot of chicken. It was a value pack. Everyone said "Oh my god, you need to throw it out"! But my theory was maybe I could boil it and it would be okay to eat. What do you think?

usually i boil it first then fry it in with all the ingredients,as this ensures the chicken is cooked but because of this,the taste doesn't go 'in' the chicken,if you know what i mean.
