According to the UK tea council:
Tea is a naturally refreshing drink and taken on its own it has no calories, so it's the perfect drink to keep you feeling good. When taken with milk, as is the preference of 98% of the population, four cups of tea a day can provide you with significant amounts of the following nutrients: approximately 17% of the recommended intake for calcium, 5% for zinc, 22% for Vitamin B2, 5% for folic acid, and Vitamins B1 and B6.
A cup of tea also contains manganese, which is essential for general physical development, and potassium which helps to maintain your body's fluid balance.

I think its ok to drink as much tea as you want, granted you're not affected by the caffeine and you do not have trouble with kidney stones or whatnot. In some studies, its been proven that drinking tea can slow or stop tumor growth, and tea has a wealth of antioxidants in it as well. I drink tea with milk in it all day long, and my husband drinks a gallon of iced tea everyday, and we're fine.

if you're addicted to tea then it's a bit bad for your health, not now but later on u may have to face some malfunctioning of your body
so try to go down to 2 'cups' of tea daily
once in the morning and then the second in the evening

If you like to drink tea with milk so much, you can drink it all day
without restriction, because tea doesn't hurt you. It's best to
drink it without milk. In fact, tea is good for the digestion of the
stomach and it breaks down fats and oils and 'washes' out
of your system without increasing your cholesterol level.
Tea is a miracle drink for all seasons!

I suppose three cups of tea are enough to drink or less. Depending on the age and weight. From Santa Cruz, CA.
