Yes, I regularly cook a joint of ham, slice and then freeze it in portions ready for packed lunches. As long as it's packed properly (to keep the air out) it will be fine.

The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! Learn here https://tr.im/zFzuy
As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

just make sure its fresh ham that hasnt been frozen previously. lots of supermarket ham has been frozen so dont refreeze. you can always cook your own ham at home and then freeze.
freezing meat twice without cooking inbetween can cause food poisoning so be careful.
hope this helps xx

Yes! Wrap it in cling film or any container that is sealed properly. When using from freezer, would not recommend using in Salad type dish, but would be perfectly safe for cooking, providing you make sure it is cooked thoroughly throughout.

Yes, provided it hasn't been frozen before. If it's a large pack, separate into fewer slices with greaseproof or clingfilm to make it easier to remove exactly what you want.

Actually, u can... Wrap it in plastic cling wrap though. It could last a few months. Actually, stores could store them up to a year (they sell it for less before it expires) as long as it stays in the freezer and is wrapped properly...
