What do you guys think about how our foods are prepared, I am talking about ready to eat foods including candies and sodas. I believe the companies use too much sugar and salt in their products, wouldnt it be better without less sugar or/and salt? It would have a more natural flavor to it wouldnt it? I am saying this because I was just eating a piece of chocolate and all i can taste is sugar... the chocolatey flavor doesnt even comes to be present, or might be too low.

what can you do with TOMATOES?

lol, okay, so my grandma just bought a LOT of tomatoes and she dosent know what to do with them now. so im gonna be really nice and help her figure something out. problem is i cant cook and im not really sure waht tomatoes are used for. help? =) thanks!

isn't cheese cake more of a pie than a cake?

i grew up in a house where pizza is called pie, so i know saying cheese pie isn't right either, when referencing cheese cake

Why do you have to be 21 in order to buy alcohol, but not to buy alcohol hand sanitizer?

my bottle of hand sanitizer says 62% ethyl alcohol. anybody hear of someone abusing this stuff?

mom used to have a recipe book from the 1950s, Canadian farm wives cookbook or something like that. There was a great Chocolate Brownie cake recipe in it. Does anyone have it ? The best one I ever tasted.

Is it Ilegal to live in the city and...?

I live in Kansas city.... I was in my room reading a book...i heard this terrible noise and went and looked out my window and my neighbors were on their backporch killing chickens..... they are chinese or hmong i think..... the husband was holding the chicken with much force...and the wife did something with the knife and it had blood on it...i think she stabbed in the heart or something, but they didnt chop their heads off..there was like 3 of them...witnessing this brought tears to my eyes..... after that the mena lady put the chicken in boiling hot water and plucked its feathers off....
