i like salmon fish onions and parsley covered with aluminum paper bbq it is yummy

wild salmon and trout have the most nutrients, omega 3,choosy what they eat, and grw in clean waters free from ship oil/pollution. buy them when they are under 1 kg whole, this means they have not lived long enough to absorb metals from the sea. Cod and Halibut are white flesh and have more metal absorption propeties. choose the brightest coloured, least processed food for the healthiest of eating

Halibut, all white fish is healthy Salmon is great too but higher in fat.

Depends how you cook it :-) but trout and salmon are good because they are oily fish but halibut and cod are meaty, low fat and taste goooood.

depends on how you cook it ---steamed or poached is the way to go ---- white fish is better for you including tuna ---- salmon is higher in fat content but ate in moderation is good for you ---it can help promote good cholestrol levels
