There are loads of recipes that come up is you just enter chili con carne in the search bar...

The way I make it is to fry up some ground beef and an onion. Put in a saucepan and add some chili powder (2 to 6 tbsp to taste), a can of well rinsed kidney beans and a can of tomatoes (with the juice). Let it simmer for about 30 mins over a low heat...

Yummy!!

1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup chopped)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon cocoa
1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce
1 can (16 ounces) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 to 16 ounces) red kidney beans, undrained

!.) Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a 3 quart sauce pan, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown and drain

2.) Stir in remaining ingredients except the beans, breaking up the tomatoes. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

3.) Stir in beans. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered about 20 minutes, stiring occasionally, until desired thickness.

makes 4 servings, about 1- 1/2 cups each serving, if you want to make more, just double all of the ingredients and prepare the same. You can also freeze this for later consumption.

There ya go, hope this helps you. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
