I cant post it on ebay or yahoo auctions because I cant legally sell alcohol, any suggestions?

Yes, I know I cant list it on ebay .. that's in my question ... and it's in a proper wine box which regulates the temp and keeps it horizontal so the cork stays wet, and it stays out of light ... that isnt the question either ... where can I sell it, that's the question ...?

It depends on where you live and the liquor laws there... But here is a site with experts that may be able to help you determine the laws in your state.

I'm not very knowledgeable of laws surrounding the sale of alcohol, so forgive me if I'm incorrect; but maybe you can list it in your local newspaper's classifieds, or even on craigslist.com?

Unless you can prove that it has been cellared properly, you're not going to convince someone to pay $2000.00, the currently listed price for it.
