I am planning a bachelorette party for my sister in May. She is 19 and most of the girls attending will be the same age. We will not be having strippers drinking alcohol or going to a club. I guess what I'm really looking for is game ideas. Websites would be good if you know of any that have good ideas. Thanks.

My best friend is finally planning her wedding. She's been living with her boyfriend for the past 4 years and has been looking forward to this wedding ever since. The problem is the groom. He's self-centered. He never does anything for her. He makes empty promises all the time. (He's been promising an engagement ring for 4 years now and always makes excuses when it's time to produce one.) He does drugs. He's got no education. He can barely keep a job. He lies to her. And I can go on.
So what's my position in this? I can't stand to see her marry such a waste of life but at the same time I don't want to ruin her moment of glory. She's been looking to one-up me since me and my fiancee got engaged. She sees this as her chance. (i'm okay with it. it's not a competition to me.)
Should I say something?
I don't want to hurt her but I couldn't bear to see her marry him.

Our guest list is a tad uneven, with me having more guests than my fiance. Also we have guests that we don't know where to seat... for example, one guest is my fiance's really good friend from high school, but he's also my cousin. And another couple, the girl is one of my bridesmaids and friend from high school and the guy (her bf) is my fiance's friend from high school. Is it okay to have the guests on either side of the church or will people think that is unorganized and sloppy? It would also kind of help to have them mingled since one of our ushers is my brother who is mentally handicapped and this might be less confusing for him. Just let me know your opinions! Thanks!

My fiance is one of those guys who has everything so I was not planning on getting him a gift. Well, yesterday I was at the Renaissance faire and ended up getting a "Coat of Arms" along with the family history of his name which will look very nice on the wall. I thought that since it will soon be my name, that it would be a nice and unusual gift and a nice thing to have at the start of our new lives. What do you all think about that? Would it be ok?

A few of my bridesmaids are in my wedding (clearly), but their husband's are not. Are you supposed to still send an invitaion to them? Do you address it to the two of them, or just him since it is clear that she will be there already.

I am totally new at this wedding stuff and thanks to everybody else who helped with my engadgement questions the other day. My fiance went to ask my dad for my hand before he said anything...So anyways now Im onto planning and such and dont really know much of anything about the traditions as I stated before.
