Most people only do one type of favor so what you have is fine. If you are interested in looking for other little stuff to spread out on the table go to orientaltrading.com. They have inexpensive "party items" and can save you alot on your wedding bubbles and the cheaper items like that. If you are interested in having something a bit more elegant put the mints on the table and order the place setting cards with the little bells in them. They will spice it up a bit and your guests can take them home with them. In most cases the favors either go unused or in the trash at the end of the night so concentrate on spending your money on more important aspects of your wedding.

One type of favor for every plate at the table. 50 guests - 50 favors. (not 1 favor a couple).

It depends on how you want the favors handed out. If you want a favor per couple than 25-35 (depending on if you have all couple coming or some single people coming), or for each person 50-60 to cover if any should break in transit, extra person or people come, to have a few for yourself.

then 50 or so should do it. I wouldn't do a whole lot because some people leave the favors at the wedding and then you are stuck with them. Keep at least one favor for safekeeping as a reminder of your big day! Luckily my mom rememered to keep extras of everything at my wedding or I wouldn't have any of it.

We gave one favor per couple at our wedding. And if people came as a single, of course they also received a favor.
