I will be 26 in 5 months, and I am still single. My clock is ticking. If I don't end up in a long term relationship/marriage soon there won't be any point in trying any more because I'll be too old.

My history of relationships with women is depressing:

1st girl - reported me for "harassment" coz I told her I liked her
2nd girl - said she "didn't think I was a very good friend"
3rd girl - said she just wanted to be friends. Fair enough
4th girl - tried to string me along
5fth girl - never replied to any of my texts - that really hurt!
6th girl - lived 3,500 miles away we were chalk & cheese anyway
7th girl - Asked me out, went out 4 times, and then when I asked her out again said "I just want to be friends and you were never meant to get any other impression."
8th girl - I met her online. Went out 3 times, and I really fell for her. She told me "told me "she didn't think she was going to meet me anymore, that I was a good guy but she didn't see us together".

I read about people cheating on here so often.
even my own parents broke up due to "lack of love".
EVEN i have loved and lost. and i did love and was honest and still got stabed in the back. and i havnt dated since. I'm 23 she's 34. For two and a half years we have known each other. We have been pretty good friends, spending some time together a lot. I met this guy in a party a while ago, we chat a little bit but we didn't exchange number. But then we met again a few months later in a club, and I seriously wanted to have his number, he decided to give me his MSN since he has a boyfriend for 2 years, I took it without hesitation. Why doesn't my boyfriend purpose to me already? We've been dating over 2 1/2 years now. Where both in college and I'm not really sure when he'll be done but I should be done by next year. ok. So there is this guy, we practically grew up together, and I always more or less had a soft spot for him.
But we haven't seen each other that much in the past few years because he moved to another city. A couple of days ago, I saw him again after like 3 years, and he's stills gorgeous (maybe more), and all the feelings I had for him came rushing back.
He's always been nice to me and stuff. And sometimes he teases me. It seems like it's a flirty kind of way, but he's always been like that.
Anyhow, I have two problems. First I am very very shy, so it's impossible for me to do any kind of move (and there is also the fear of rejection). And Second, I know his family very well, and if anything goes wrong, we're gonna be bound to see each other from time to time, and I'd hate it to be awkward.
So, what do I do???

My girlfriend of about 9 months was recently diagnosed as hiv positive about 2 months ago. It turns out she had it for years and didnt know it. I have been tested and came back negative thank god. But Im having a hard time with the sexual part of the relationship. I know there alot of people out there who have differnt hiv statuses and still have sex, but I have super anxiety about it. I am 21 years old and I just started going out with my boyfriend "officially" on Friday. We haven't done anything sexually yet (except kiss of course) as I want to take it somewhat slow. like this guy named Brian. I met him when i was out in San Diegio about 3 months ago.. while in San Diego, i had no where to live.. so he let me into his apt and I lived with him for 2 months. well I had to come back out to FL for a little bit and he told me that he used to live here (Ft lauderdale.. like 20 minz from me.. what a small world right?!) well he told me right before I left for FL, that he is infatuated with me, and to not go falling in love with a guy out in FL.. yes we did have sex while I was there.. kiss/cuddle/like one another/etc etc..He also was almost crying when I left AND he told me that he would be out at the end of sept to visit Ft laudaerdale and how he def wanted to visit me while here for a week.

Well he did come out at the end of Sept.. we spent 1 day together and he was here for almost 2 weeks. He didn't have his own phone.. but the dude he was stayin with out here was letting him use his phone.. he hardly called.. and

I have been spending a lot of time with my guy friend, and his best friend. I have developed a lot of interest in this friend of his. We text message each other every day, and I have been told that he thinks I'm cute. We've been "just friends" for a few months now, but the texts we send tend to get kind of flirtatious, but once we're in person nothing happens.
