Well I don't see anything wrong or out of the ordinary! Kinda cute actually.. Must be an esteem issue. Or your trying to get the wrong kind of girls. Just for an experiment, get a different cut or go dark and not spiked. Just try something different if you think it is that. You are definitely nice looking!
