I like this guy and i'm dropping hints(not so obvious ones though). I mean its ok that he is always busy and cant he reciprocate at least? Like today i went,"oh ive to go now but before that i wanna say that i missed u" and there was no reply. Should i give up and move on?

Mommacat is correct. Some young people are so devoid of imagination that even the most explicit suggestion goes over their head(or slips from their bald heads). I have a friend whom the girl explicitly proposed. He kept quite and the girl thought that perhaps he wanted time to consider the proposal. She kept quite but when there was no reponse or even an indication of his reaction she became rather nervous. She asked one mutual friend to see what was what. When that friend asked my friend ,you can imagine his surprise when he quite innocently said that he did not understand what her friend has said at the time and he was accordingly going about his normal business. Or may be this boy does not want to commit himself at this stage when he is frantically trying to find his feet in service/business.After waiting for some time you can againa broach the subject with him and ask him tobe free and frank and though you would be sorry but would not regret if his response was negative.

I say don't play the girl games. Just tell him that you like him or ask him out directly. If he says no than move on. There is nothing wrong though about girls asking guys out! So give that a try. Good luck.

just tell him. if he wants to be with u he will reply u. Else this will be confusing for you. Maybe he didn't heard and hang up the phone. Go out with him n say I like you. if u can't do this then give him a card or note.

Us guys aren't too bright when it comes to hints. You ahve to make it more obvious. Here's an idea. Mention a movie that you would like to see and then say "I wish I had someone who would go with me to see it."

How old are you and the guy? I would suggest stop dropping hints and just tell him whatever it is you want to say.

Most guys don't change their ESP batteries regularly. Just tell him you would like to go out. If he shoots you down, then you will know how guys feel. If he does, then you move on.

Paying a compliment is usually a way to get his attention, unfortunately. but if you are romantically attracted to him then be up front with your compliment. We often have to pay something for attention to our interests in starting a conversation which may or may not lead to obtaining the affection you may be desiring of him or this may simply be a case of being annoyed when others do not pay attention to us..
