I have been spending a lot of time with my guy friend, and his best friend. I have developed a lot of interest in this friend of his. We text message each other every day, and I have been told that he thinks I'm cute. We've been "just friends" for a few months now, but the texts we send tend to get kind of flirtatious, but once we're in person nothing happens. I don't want to make the first move, and if things happen I am glad they started slow... but how do I give slightly more forward messages without being TOO forward, incase he's not that interested.. I don't want the friendship to get awkward.

Texting lets us say yhings with iut the inturruption of one telling us exaclty what we feel its also easy to lie. If the spark is not between you guys face to face its probably just something he does to pass his time.
