If he's got another girl your chances are slim.
If he still has your photograph in his wallet, your number in his phone memory, still uses the stuff that you bought him, etc. basically, he keeps traces of you around himself hoping that you'll notice. you may have a chance.
It also depends on the reason for the break-up.

The easist way is to talk to him and find out how he feels, if you hang out with him still, see how he acts around you and how he looks at you.
