Ok it is hard to advise when you don't say how old you are. However the fact you have have waited 6 months is good and also that you both feel that now might be the time.
Firstly talk some more about it with him. Do you really want to go "all the way." or maybe just start touching each other and see how you go. There is no rush.
Also plan it out. When and where will it happen and also get some protection just in case. The reason for this is by having it planned will help you decided if you really want to go for it.
Finally and most importantly don't feel you have to. You can stop at ANYTIME and wait until you feel ready. Good luck.

No one can say if you're ready or not. That's not the type of advice to ask someone else. They aren't in your shoes and they don't even know how old you are. If you think you're ready you're ready, if you still feel a little weird about it...wait until youare 100% ok with it. Don't let him talk you into doing it if you arent sure... that's how i lost my v-card... I wanted to make him happy... and 4 years later I still regret it.

You don't say how old you are?
But if you're ready.....really ready. And he is too then why not.
Has he had sex in his past relationships?
Why did you 'find out' he wanted to have sex? Surely he should have told you before anyone else?
i hope you make the right decision.
Most of us end up regreting the first time.
But it gets alot better.

Only you can answer that question. If you dont think you're gonna regret it and you love him, then maybe it the right time for you. But dont let him push you into it. you've obviously thought about it too, talk to him and decide if you are both ready for this step.

what is important to you in having an relationship with the opposite sex? You can answer this yourself. If sex is important to you, then you need to communicate that to your friend. Are you really ready to bring sex into your relationship?

Do not have sex outside of marriage. It is a sin...always. It doesnt matter how you guys "feel." you will regret it later.

How can we advise you on whether you're too young, if we don't know how old you are?
