I'm sure this happens all of the time. I've in love with him, and he's in love with her. He wants to be friends with me, but for some reason the word "friends" is like putting salt in a wound. He says he will give me 100% of his love as a friend, and that we are like Jerry and Elaine (Seinfeld). Yuck! I don't want to be his "bud" and I don't want to give him advice on the woman he is in love with. Obviously there's not much I can do. You can't force someone to love you. I don't like my "role" in this situation - - the jealous and scorned one. I try to pretend that I am his friend, but then he starts talking to me about this woman and how strong his feelings are for her, and I can't handle it. My two choices are force myself to be his friend or just end all ties completely. Any suggestions?

There's a lot of hate for blondes and skinny people these days, so many people claim they are fake and unattractive. I'm a naturally skinny, naturally blonde person and I'm starting to feel bad about myself just cuz i have a certain hair color and body type. I feel like some people look at me and assume I'm a bleached anorexic.

Is this just revenge for all the time the media glamorized this type?

Why is it not possible to embrace different looks without cutting someone else down?

I've been seeing a guy for 2 weeks now, we love each others company, like doing the same things etc.... but his ex who is also male, cheated on him with a woman, he said to me he's not ready for commitment yet and that he really does feel deeply for me and that he'll let me know when he is ready, i like him so much its unbelieveable but I don't know what to do, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

At first it was just, kiss me, kiss me. Now that I have been dating my boyfrined for almost a year, has moved on to asking for more than just kisses. I'm in the anger phase of a break up. I was seeing someone for a month, seemed great on paper...claimed he wanted to settle down and have a family. He's 15 years older, nice apt in manhattan, descent house in the hamptons. I played the hard to get role for about 3 weeks. I had slept with him once after 4 dates. I decided to spend the weekend with him @ his house. He was attentive and sweet and did all the right stuff,like wanting to go fruit shopping @ a market for my parents to driving me around for da nxt time .On sunday I went home he txt me about 4 times, we spoke once and the nxt day the pursuing stopped. I called on the monday and tues and he seemed occupied. he'd call me, but it was what very distant, he called on Wednesday. I never picked up the phone or returned the phone call. It's been a wk, no txt, no call..nothing. he cut me off completely. I will never call!!. I have my thoughts on this, but why do u think I was dumped or will he call. I want to get him back :(

I fooled around with an ex this weekend, which isnt that big of a deal, but I have been dating another (great!) guy for a few months now. We are not exclusive, still just dating casually, but we are having sex. We have developed more feelings for each other over the past few months, and I think telling him about the night with my ex would blow everything out of the water. i have this guy friend that i like he's really sweet and all but he has a girlfriend. He's always saying we'll do things but then he adds when i don't have a girlfriend.

I already have a boyfriend, who is 20 years older than me. I am 24 and he is 44. My family do not approve of him for the sole reason of the age difference.
My sister keeps trying to put these super hot guys in my way so that maybe I get tempted to break up with my boyfriend. It makes my life miserable. How do I tell her to stop without pissing her off.

Forget a girlfriend I have not had a date in 2 years and I am a virgin. I don't really think I am good looking so I guess that could be it but I don't really know. In the past when I ask out a girl it would only last maybe a week or 2 and I feel they went out with me because they felt sorry for me. I have more confidence now then I did in high school but still laking. I don't have too many problems with talking to girls anymore, but I still get nervous and don't know what to really say if I like a girl.
Is it because I am not good looking or just a lack of confidence, that I can't get a girlfriend? Oh yeah I am 19.

I have trouble understanding the actions of women.

When I go out running I notice that women will often glance at me as I run and if I look at them directly they immediately turn their head and act act like they dont even see me. Like the other day I stopped to take a break and this woman walked by and glanced at me as she was walking away and when I looked at her she immediately turned her head away. I also notice that they flip their hair sometimes with their hand if they walk by me.

Women what does this mean?

Also when im running old women come up to talk to me and they always put their hand on my shoulder or arm. They say things like "o honey you must be cold wearing those shorts". One old woman even put her hands in her bra while she talked to me which made me uncomfortable.

older women, why do you always have to interrupt my run and what does reaching in your bra mean?

I’m also having problems with female prostitutes too. When I go out running they are always asking me if I need their “services” or they are trying to sell condoms to me. I don’t even approach them but they still come up to me.

Female prostitutes, why do you also try to interrupt my run? I don’t even approach you ladies but you still chase me down to try and sell me your body or condoms.

I’m not some skinny feminine guy that wears gay tight shorts. My shorts are the nike kind that go down to about the knee. I’m a 19 year old male and am physically fit.

well...here goes. my ex and i have been apart now for about 2 months. we broke up, but we still went to the prom. i haven't heard from him since up until the other day. the problem isn't that i'm just hearing from him...the problem comes in here. we were supposed to be on a "break", but within 2 days he was already talking to other girls on the phone. i was so upset about this. it took a while for me to get over it, but i eventually moved on with someone new a couple weeks ago. he great. ok...here's the other problem...i still love my ex and he wants to get back together. i love my ex, but i feel a connection with my now. what should i do? should i take a chance and give my ex another try or should i take a chance and move on to the next?
