well the first thing you see is appearance, so a good look, not necessarily stunning beauty, but good fashion sense and a natural glow.
obviously they have to have a good sense of humour, i like funny people and like to be funny.
intelligence, but not as intelligent as me, i like a girl to know what she is talking about, but not to out shine or belittle me with knowledge.
they also have to be kind, sensitive and want to chat about anything.
alot in common is also good.

a girl that dosen't care what other people think, who like to have fun without feeling stupid, Just being herself, nice figure ( or decent figure) , funloving. That is what us guys like in a girl.
