Make sure he's not taken before you make a fool out of yourself. Complement what he's wearing or something and finalize it with "your girl has good taste" If he answers in your way then continue the conversation and then casually ask him out to a movie or lunch, dinner or something. There's nothing wrong with making a move. Guys like that. (some just don't like to admit it)

If you want to figure this out, flirt with him a little bit. Guys like to flirt. If he flirts back he may like you. If he doesn't then he may not like you. Either way you're finding out something that could give you an answer.

Ask him out. That simple. And you pay for the date since you asked him out. Then wait until he asks you out before a second date. If he doesn't, either he's not interested or he's a wimp you have no business being with.

baby girl, that's game we have to play. you need to know first if he likes you enough to go out with you. you can tell by the conversation, tone of voice, and body laguage. from there, you would have a better idea of how he feels about you.

All I can suggest you do is go up to him, and talk to him directly. It could be that he does like you, and is afraid to admit it.
