Honestly, I have no problem being friends with someone who is overweight, but I don't find obesity to be attractive. If you think looks don't matter in dating, you are lying to yourself. They aren't the most important thing, but they are important. I am in good physical shape, I go to the gym, I eat right. Seeing how I'm 6'0" and 170lbs, I am not going to fall for a girl who weighs more than me I find it disgusting. How is it shallow to turn down a girl for a relationship if you aren't physically attracted to them? Why not get on a treadmill and eat right before you get diabetes?

MY boyfriends ex lives two hours away and he calls he every two weeks or so! He says they are just friends but isnt every two weeks a lot to be calling her? . Guys is it normal to call just a friend ex every 2 weeks? isnt that a lot? Am i just being used for sex?

How would you start changing things? My biggest problem was listening to others and even when I was married I was basically living my life to suit my husband not myself. I have been married most of my life. I don't want to hear anything anybody has to say about how I live my life. Not from any of my grown children or my sisters. I am a grown and divorced woman who is tired of everybody putting in their two cents worth when they don't help me pay my bills and have never walked in my shoes. They want to tell me I should be married and think the worst about me because I am single. I hardly even date. All I can think about is making money to fix this stupid house and get it paid off. They see more of their husbands then I do my boyfriend. What is their problem? Can't they understand that I would like to have everything in order before and if I ever get married again? I never want to be dependant on a man again.

Me and my ex broke up a year and a half ago when I moved to college because he could not handle the long distance. We havve continued to stay friends and both still have strong emotions for each other. He just said we are both living seperate lives and it was too hard for him. He calls me about every two weeks and we see each other now and then. This has been going on for a year and a half now and I realized recently that it needs to stop because its holding me back from other relationships. He tells me he likes to talk to me, I still mean a lot to him....etc. So I decided that I wouldn't answer his calls and he kept on calling and calling. MY ex keeps calling me..its been a year and half since we broke up. If a guy you like, won't go out with you unless you stop smoking, would you quit? Being in the fitness industry, I can't stand it when a hot girl smokes. A lot of the girls I like are smokers, but I'm hesitant to go out with them because I find smoking repulsive. My best friend is a girl and has been since high school. Nothing will change that. The girl i dated before i met my wife wanted me to choose between my female friends and her and i choose them. Why can't more people trust their mate? My wife has male friends one is the God Father to our baby. It's not always the guy you know! When a relationship ends women always automatically label the guy an A hole and blame the whole thing on him to make herself feel better!!!
