I'm single, sad and lonely. Seems like all I do is work, sleep, eat...How can I go about meeting more people and get out of this rut I'm in?

I was with this guy for about a month everything was wonderful we even broke off our relationships to be together..until one day he started to be disatant and broke it off with me. he told me he felt i couldnt handle his baggage with him being on house arrest and that his ex kept wanted to work it out. i missed my ex also and thought this was prob a good idea. until recently, ive been thinkin about when we used to hang out. we work together and i miss how much fun we had together. we just have this chemistry we click and i dont know how to approach him with how i feel. i feel like he feels the same way but is stuck. we have both been with our bf/gf for a long time. but i wanna see where we would go...how do i approach this?!?!and make him realize change is ok

My good friend acted different around me ever since i got back to school. Once, we were sitting an she starts resting her arm on my knee. I touched her shoulder and she flat out hugged me. Talked to me the whole class. Stole my hat for as long as she could. Found out her perfect guy descrition fits me. It ensuses

Then she tops doing it as much

stole my hat once and i just gave it to her

she wore it once yesterday but not today

but then she tells me that hitting is her way of affection

and wrestles on the ground with one her friends

then today sees me every chance she gets and makes sure to sit with me touches my hand to see a cut, stops at my locker.

so whats goin on

I met this guy in a bar, ive known him for years but just met up again, and we hit it off. We ended up kissing at the end of the night and hes been calling me ever since. Well, that was about three weeks ago and he finally came and stayed with me this past weekend and i did not sleep with him.. I have wanted to move to AZ from Socal for a while now, and everything seemed to fall into place, except I got into a relationship. She wanted to go with me, but then changed her mind because she didnt want to be too far from her family. If I move I will have to wait a year for residency before I can get in school there, and if I stay it will take me less time to finnish college. The thing is I really dont like it here. But she is very special to me, and I have been in alot of relationships. But I cant decide what I want to do, and I need to let my work here know if I am staying so I can keep my job after Dec 1.

Why do women always try to FIX anything and everything they can about a man? It doesn't matter if it's something trivial and insignificant or something major and life altering. Women always obsess over FIXING. There's an enormous difference between proactively caring about someone and using someone as a hobby, project, or experiment. If he's a bad person, he's not likely to change for anyone or anything. If he's a good person, why not just accept him in spite of his flaws?

I've been dating a guy for a few months and we were hanging out everyday and calling eachother non stop for the first 2 months. A few days ago, he uses the "I need space" excuse. I've also noticed he hasn't been returning my calls and he barely wants to spend any time with me. I asked him why and he said that he wants to take things slower because he wants us to last. But how do you go from moving 100 mph to 10 mph in a relationship?

I've been thinking the worst and trying to not let him hurt my heart but its too late. I'm crushed inside. I don't know if I should believe him or just move on because he is sending me mixed signals. He keeps calling me like he wants to be friends. When I ignore his calls and give him his "space", he calls and calls. I'm really confused and hurt at this point because as soon as I think I'm getting over his "I need space" excuse, here he comes calling me and I talk to him because I really like him. I'm tired of the games. What should I make of this?

not sure there is an answer, there is this girl at work she is a part time worker has been an outstanding employee from day one and I am her supervisor... She is a lot younger than me mid 20s is married a mom and seems happy, last semster of her chem degree honor role student and is super smart and the sexiest hottest woman I have ever known and her and I are very good friends. as a matter of fact when she isn't working she drops by to vist between classes or go for lunch or on the phone, we get along so good and her husband doesn't seem to care... we sometimes flirt, I know she has feelings for me and she knows I have them for her but also have a great amount of respect for each other!!! can't stop thinking of her dream of her, she told me she has dreams of me.. I'm 19 (I'll be 20 in Dec) and my bf is 18 (19 in march) we wanted to move-in together and since we don't believe in living in sin we want to get married. Even though we are capable of doing on our on his mother offered to let us stay with her (paying $300 rent) as long as we got married, stayed in school, and remained spiritual (attend church regularly). My parents however aren't so cool with the idea and want my boyfriend gone, my head in the books, and for me to see the world. Getting married will seriously damage my relationship with my family but it's what i want to do. My heart is battling my head what would you do??

i'm a freshman (9thgrade) @ MSHS in va..
anyway, there's a boy in my gym class that I
like a lot...I'm too shy to talk to him even when I see him by himself. he hasn't talked to me either.. we don't have any same classes except gym. one of my good friend's is going to talk to him for me 2morrow..Is this okay? she thinks he's okay but she likes some1 else..I don't see him walking w/ any girls in the hallways or anything, so I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a gf.
What sould I do to get his attention and notice me?

2day the gym class had to do sit-ups on a balcony of the gym.. my friend, Victoria, and I were sitting against the railing just chatting..it seemed like the boy I like was pacing around and it seemed like he kept getting closer and closer to me. but when I thought he was going 2 talk to me, he would go the other way.. I also catch him looking at me sometimes while we're doing exercises, standing in line, ect.
does this mean he likes me?

I'm afraid that I won't ever get to apologize to my ex for hurting him. I'm court-ordered not to talk to him, and we haven't spoken in a year. I'm still hung up on him. What can I do? I want to apologize, but I don't think he'll accept it...
