Oh man thats a tough one. Well sorry to say but you have pretty much gotten yourself into a heart breaking situation. If she is happily married then I don't see it going in your favor any time soon espically if she has kids. If your feelings are so strong that they are unbearable then your going to have to talk to her on a serious note. Also, ask her questions about her husband and how things are going between them. If she says that things are good then you should probably slow it down with her because the only person that is going to end up getting hurt is YOU. If she says that things are not that great then you probably have a chance but expect some drama since she is legally married. You really need to take caution with her because you don't want to end up depressed or broken hearted. I know thats hard to do when you really care for someone but believe me I have been in HER situation and had to end it because I do love my husband and I didn't want to lose him so the other man I cared for was very hurt. I felt awefull but it was to late and I couldn't just erase his feelings and make him feel better so he ended up being the one suffering the most as you will unfortunately if you don't look out for your own feelings.
I hope this helped you cause I know I felt terrible and he felt even worse and I wouldn't want anyone to go through that.
Hope you find happiness and everything works out in your favor :)

Back off. She's married with children. Why would anyone even consider breaking up a family? Innocent children would have broken hearts. There are more fish in the sea. If you were her husband would you like her giving that attention to a male coworker? Would you trust her if the roles reversed? I don't think she's so great afterall. Sorry, I know it isn't what you want to hear. Love is blind.

1- You don't get your Honey where you get your money.
2- ONLY pursue this if it's worth loosing both of your jobs over. (Odds are 10 - 1 that at least one of you will have to bail eventually)
3- Get to know her kid WELL before stepping into those important and permanent shoes.
4- This cannot be a casual or "fling" situation.
5- If you can't commit to the full Monty, see rule 1.
Good luck!
DISREGARD- I missed the part where she's married! See rule 1.

You can flirt all you want. Eat your heart out if it helps.
But she's married, she's a mother, and she's a lot younger than you.
She isn't available.
Plus, as her supervisor, there'll be nothing but trouble in the long run if you have a relationship with her.
Stay friends if you must, but don't let it go any farther. If you do, you'll risk screwing up four lives: hers, her husband's, her child's -- and yours. You're older and, presumably, wiser. So it's up to you to back off.

If you're real, you should respect her youth, her marriage, and most of all her friendship. Consider that a good lay is much easier to find than a good friendship. Sounds as if you and her have a good friendship growing. Maybe a lifetime thing. Don't blow it for a few moments of Ecstasy! In your situation, it's possible that sex with you and her would screw up her life, her husband's life, maybe even your life, and even your job. Is it worth it!!!!???? Calm down. It's okay maybe to fantasize about her, but leave it at that.

Excuse me??? a WHAT mom?
She is what? related to someone that has a daddy at home? (yet still needs the extra income bad enough to only leave her kid half a day/)
I hated being a part timer and have at least one person "fall in love" with me so I felt pressured to leave my job. It's like if you are not full time, it's OK to totally disregard sexual harassment laws. YOU are the supervisor, YOU, not her, YOU! You are the one that sets and encourages and motivates behavior in your work sphere.

Don't fall for her charms. Remain a gentleman and a friend to her. She is married right?!? How do you know the husband doesn't care? Is it because she told you? Be a real man and respect the other man!!! There are many girls out there I'm sure who would love for you to ask them out... Be careful is all I'm saying

distance yourself. That sounds like TROUBLE. She is married! just because a young attractive female is paying attention to you doesn't mean you have to fall in love with her. She is setting you up for some big time heart ache if you try to per sue a romantic relationship with her. Not to mention you should never get involved with someone you work with. DONT **** WHERE YOU EAT!!!

Nothing - this is a lose/lose situation
Never, ever date a co-worker - if it goes down the tubes, the working relationship goes right with it.
You are her supervisor - she could nail you for sexual harassment at the drop of a hat.
She is married...........M.A.R.R.I.E.D.
Three huge reasons to keep her at arm's length, minimum.

Whoa Dude; This is getting thick, and you could ruin your career. Play this softly, and slowly.
Don't touch her as long as she is still with her husband.
You can let her know how far you are willing to go with her, if she gives him up, but don't be a fool! She may just be a tease!
