I personaly would, I was just think then how I'm going to quit today or am quitting today, haven't had one so far I was thinking about that gross mouth cancer add... It'd be great to have someone to motivate me quit.... Anyway, I would, but you can't make someone change or tell them what to do you should accept them how they are. However you can recommend that they quit, they may even want to quit.

I did quit smoking. And I guess it was technically for a guy since I did it for my son, but the answer to your question is no. Any self-confident woman would not change one tiny little thing about herself just because some guy gave her an ultimatum (and, when you get down to it, that's what you're proposing). If you quit doing something you're addicted to, it's because YOU want to and make the decision to do something about it. And smokers know it's bad for them, stinks, etc., but it's an addiction. If you don't like smokers, don't date smokers. Just like anything else, don't date people you need to change to fit into your ideal. You have to take people as they come.

If she's worth it the guy might give it a go on trying to stop it but wouldn't hold hopes up because he could always lie about quitting, women do this aswell sometimes.

um thats nice your into fitness and all but if a girl smokes that is up to her to quit and you cant just make her just because u like her, you can suggest it or suggest she not smoke around you if anything but if your gonna act like that you might be missing out on a really great girl.

I dated plenty of guys who asked me to quit but I finally just did it for myself. I also stopped drinking and bought exercise equipment. You have to want to do it for yourself. I think the only people who change themselves for a bf or gf are really needy. that's myopinion.

I don't date smokers.
I've dropped chicks in the middle of dates, when I discovered they were smokers.

Unfortunately you can't get a girl to quit, she has to want to do it herself.
